These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the mini-molars.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”).

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Noguera Pediatric Dentistry PA, operating as Mini Molars Children’s Dentistry (“Mini Molars Children’s Dentistry”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity.

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Age requirement

The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action related to this Agreement shall be the courts located in Florida, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You waive any right to a jury trial in any dispute arising from this Agreement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we do, we will update the revision date at the bottom of this page.

The updated Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
